Jacky is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, following a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University. With a background in competitive volleyball, Jacky has a firsthand understanding of the crucial role massage therapy plays in injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellness.

He adopts a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, crafting individualized treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs. His techniques include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, fascial release, and joint mobilizations, ensuring a balanced and therapeutic experience.

Oliana is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Langara’s Registered Massage Therapy Program, and earned her Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. As a life-long athlete, Oliana understands the importance of rest and rehabilitation in promoting health and wellness. Matthew graduated with honors from VCMT (Vancouver College of Massage Therapy) and is dedicated to facilitating positive change in people’s lives using the dexterity he’s developed over the years.

He believes our bodies present constant challenges over time. Aches, pains and limitations in our activities can arise if we stray from a balanced lifestyle. These discomforts affect not only our physical well-being but our mental and emotional states, influencing how we engage with the world around us. Originally from Kelowna, Rupy completed her Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. She moved to the big city of Vancouver to further her education at the University of British Columbia to obtain her Masters of Physical Therapy.

Rupy’s journey in this career started with seeing people around her suffer from chronic injuries and pain and she always wanted to be able to help them, but with a client-centred approach. That being said, Rupy enjoys collaborating with clients on their health journey to help build autonomy and confidence.

Rupy continued her training with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, obtaining her certification in Level 1, Level 2 Lower. She is also certified in dry needling (AN-IMS 1 by Foundations Health Education), and she has completed her training in Calibrate Clinical Pilates Level 1. Rupy enjoys integrating Clinical Pilate exercises and principles as part of her treatments, while also utilizing hands-on techniques.

Sean completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia (UBC).

With experience in both private practice and hospital settings, Sean focuses on a client-centered approach that combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. His primary goal is to help individuals in their recovery and empower them with the knowledge to prevent future injuries. Common areas of treatment include working with shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and low back injuries.

Certified as a personal trainer and registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), she is recognized as a qualified professional. Amadis completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta and earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.

Amadis has completed extensive training in Clinical Pilates through Calibrate Pilates and enjoys helping people build a strong foundation of movement mechanics. She also worked for several years as a certified snowboard instructor, developing strong experience in sport-specific injury management and return-to-sport rehabilitation. In addition, Amadis holds a Certified Personal Trainer credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has experience training clients at the UBC gym.

Drawing on both her academic background and hands-on experience, Amadis takes a practical and collaborative approach to care—tailoring each treatment plan to help clients move with more confidence, strength, and purpose. Her clinical interests include working with runners, skiers, and snowboarders, with a focus on performance, injury prevention, and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
